Rates

• Tent Cabins: $30/ per person per night, minimum 4 persons booking, two per tent (minimum cost is $120/night for Hub and two tent cabins)
• House: $200/night based on four persons sharing. $50/pp each additional person up to a maximum number of 8.

Approximate Costs for Transportation to Bird Point

• Small groups up to six passengers $135/each way*
• Up to 12 passengers $175/each way* from Sechelt
• Up to 12 passengers $100/each way* from Egmont
• Over 12 passengers, up to 30 $300/each way* from Sechelt
  
  *Total cost, divided by # of passengers.

Policies

• Sorry, Bird Point Retreat is not suitable for children. Age 19+only.
• Dogs permitted if they are well-socialized/non-aggressive and mix well with other animals and wildlife. Upon prior arrangement so please do let us know in advance that you wish to bring your animal.
• Reservations can be made with credit card by mail, email, or phone, or with a cheque or money order made payable to T & H Ventures Inc.
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax.
• Your reservation is held with a 50% deposit which becomes nonrefundable 15 days prior to the time of your arrival. Final payment is upon arrival.
• No personal electronic appliances please (mp3 players/laptop computers ok)
